Past President Jerome Teichmiller presented Secretary William Dunaway with the Joe Mahan special vest. The vest honors Joe Mahan, founder of the Tomball Lions Club in 1982. Lion William Dunaway is now a member of the Tomball Lions Club Joe Mahan Fellows.
