2nd Vice District Governor Tony Austin then discussed the International President’s Certificate of Achievement award which was presented to Lion Al Gerhardt at the District Convention on Saturday evening, May 5th. The award commemorates Lion Al’s portrayal of the International Lions Code of Ethics. Lion Tony then ceremonially presented the award again to Lion Al Gerhardt.
