Both Patient Representatives, Audrey M. Umhoefer and Martha Chandler, presented highlights of all services that are available at the Tomball VA Outpatient Clinic - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs located at 1200 West Main Street Tomball, Texas 77375.

They talked about the history of the Tomball VA Clinic which showed that it has been seeing patients since October 2013 in their new facility on main street Tomball.

Their topics included the Eligibility for VA Benefits. The main requirement was that the person Served in the active military service for a period of 24 months ( excludes Active Duty for Training Only) and they were separated under any condition other than dishonorable.

They had an outstanding record of wonderful surveys from the veterans that have been seen at the facility in Tomball. All of the TBLC members thanked them for coming and talking to the club.

The Tomball Lions Club meets at noon at the Pecos Grilling Company restaurant on Highway 249 twice monthly. The club promotes pairing glasses with those who need help with their vision and sponsoring the participation of young physically-challenged campers for a week at the Lions' camp in Kerrville.
