Landon Reed gave a presentation on “How roads are built and maintained in Harris County – Precinct 4”. He will also discuss the Green Way Project around Spring Creek. Landon Reed talked about the Community Assistance Department and how serving Precinct 4 constituents is their number one goal. He said that he wants everyone to keep in mind that his department has a one stop, one phone number, one e-mail address for you to find a solution to any need you might have in Harris County. He said that all you need to do is to tell them what's needed and they will do the work! He said whether it is a street or a stop sign to be replaced, a road or sinkhole repaired, or questions or comments about Precinct 4 services, CAD can assist. The CAD staff researches and responds to thousands of calls, letters, and e-mails each year concerning road and bridge maintenance and various issues throughout Harris County and Precinct 4. In addition to processing requests for maintenance, CAD maintains current records and information on many services and agencies within Harris County and Precinct 4. For any assistance, anyone can call CAD at 281-353-8424 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If someone is not sure about who to call about a situation, they can call CAD and they will make sure that you get the correct contact information to resolve the situation.
